1. The room rate is based on the cheapest room category. Hotel check-in is 2:00-3:00 pm and check-out is 12:00 pm.

2. No tickets or rooms are held yet; confirmation is subject to availability.

3. Rates are real-time-released, accurate as of this time, and are subject to change without prior notice.

4. We don’t have control over an immediate change of rates and hotel availability.

5. Sneak-in child has NO bed and breakfast. An extra breakfast can be paid for directly at the hotel.

🔵Korea Requirements

-Guests bound for Korea are only required to present regulatory travel requirements, such as a valid visa, for applicable passport holders.

🔵e-Travel Registration

NOTE: All Filipino passengers are required to register on e-travel within 72 hours before their departure.

🔵PH requirements (Departing & Returning to PH)

- All arriving & departing passengers are required to register to the e-Travel Registration page 72 hours before flight. -> https://etravel.gov.ph/

👉REMARKS:

- Passport must be valid for 6 months beyond your departure date.

- Any unused portion is not refundable.

- Any unutilized service is non-refundable. No refund for unused rooms (early out or no show), tours, meals and transfer services.

- For the pax who cannot pass immigration in the Int’l Airport, the tour fare is non-refundable.

- Any urgent booking arriving less than 5 days before the arrival may be subject to surcharges and availability.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Hotel accommodations are subject to availability and are based on the lowest room category. While we aim to secure your first-choice hotel, we cannot guarantee it. If it’s not available, we will book your second or third option, or a similar hotel within the same category or class.

To avoid delays, kindly provide your top 3 hotel preferences upon booking.

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL

Passengers are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, visas, and permits, and for complying with the laws, regulations, orders, demands, and travel requirements of countries of origin, destination, or transit. Princesa Rheanaries Travel Booking Services does not accept any responsibility in case passengers are unable to travel due to non-compliance with any such requirements.

The passengers guarantee that the passports are valid for 6 months upon departure and arrival, and are not tampered with or damaged. The passengers will shoulder any charges/damages caused by an invalid/expired travel document.

The Immigration/Airport personnel have the right to subject a passenger to questioning or an interview upon exit. The travel agency will not be liable for any immigration decision not allowing a passenger to depart due to any circumstances.

Government employees must secure a Travel Authority from their respective department heads before travelling outside the country.
