1. Introduction Welcome to PRINCESA RHEANARIES TRAVEL BOOKING SERVICES! These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for using our website and booking travel packages. By accessing our site and making reservations, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Booking and Payment - Users may browse and book domestic and international tour packages through our website. - All bookings require full payment as specified in the package details. - Accepted payment methods are Gcash, bank transfer and credit card through PayPal. - Once confirmed, bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund policies stated in the package description.

3. Cancellations and Refunds The ticket/tour packages are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-REROUTEABLE/NON TRANSFERRABLE. No show on booked dates will render the services FORFEITED. No refund will be extended for any unused services.

In the event of mandated government cancellations or force majeure (Eg. emergencies, accident, storm/typhoon, rally, calamities, etc.) which are beyond our control, Princesa Rheanaries will not be held liable to any surcharges/penalties imposed by the hotel/resort/operators.

The LAND ARRANGEMENT rebooking is subject to hotel/operator's approval and additional fees may apply for room/tour rate differences.

FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS and DELAYS of the airlines are beyond the control of Princesa Rheanaries, hence, it accepts no responsibility for these events. If you availed the ticket with us, Princesa Rheanaries will extend necessary assistance to address your concern. We will assist to request flight rebooking, travel fund, or refund on canceled flights but the airline company will have the final decision on such requests. Note that initial service charge is non-refundable.

JOINER TOURS & TRANSFERS: All transfers and tours are on a seat-in-coach basis (joiners). Princesa Rheanaries reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule a tour if group numbers are insufficient to confirm a group departure. We also reserve the right to alter tours and itineraries due to weather or road conditions. All programs can be changed or canceled at any moment during the tour to assure the safety of all passengers. The driver/tour guide can only wait for you for 10 minutes. Guests should be in the lobby on time for the tour/ departure airport transfer pick up. We will not be held liable if you fail to catch the seat in coach arrangement resulting in an unnecessary incident.

ISLAND HOPPING: The passenger/s has to follow the whole scheduled itinerary. If a passenger decides not to attend the complimentary/free island hopping, NO REFUND will be given. Free or promotional "add-ons" have no monetary value.

5. Liability and Responsibilities - PRINCESA RHEANARIES TRAVEL BOOKING SERVICES only acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). - We are not responsible for the delays, cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. - Travelers must ensure they have the required travel documents (e.g., passports, visas) before booking.

6. Changes to Terms - We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will be published on this page.
