Itinerary

DAY 1: DANANG - Arrival

Upon arrival at Danang Airport, you will meet our local representative and transfer to the hotel for check-in.

Free at leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Danang.

Note: Airport transfer without a guide/check-in time at the hotel after 2:00 pm

DAY 2:

DANANG – Free day

Breakfast at the hotel. Free at leisure or you can choose the optional tours.

Day 3 BREAKFAST

DANANG - Departure

Breakfast at the hotel – Pick up at the hotel lobby by driver only and transfer to the airport for the departure flight.

Noted: Airport transfer without a guide/check out time at the hotel before 11:00 am.

-Guests bound for Vietnam are only required to present regulatory travel requirements such as a valid visa, for applicable passport holders.

NOTE: All Filipino passengers are required to register on e-travel within 72 hours prior to their departure.

- All arriving & departing passengers are required to register to the e-Travel Registration page 72 hours before flight. -> https://etravel.gov.ph/

👉REMARKS:

- Passport must be valid for 6 months beyond your departure date.

- Room rate is based on the cheapest room category. Hotel check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM.

- Any unused portion is non-refundable.

- Bed type (double / twin) is subject to availability upon check-in.

- All transfers & tours are on a seat-in-coach basis (joined tours) with driver assistance only (no guide).

- Any unutilized services are non-refundable. No refund for unused rooms (early out or no show), tours, meals and transfer services.

- For the pax who cannot pass immigration in the int’l airport, the tour fare is non-refundable.

- Any urgent booking arriving less than 5 days before the arrival may be subject to surcharges and availability.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Hotel accommodations are subject to availability and are based on the lowest room category. While we aim to secure your first-choice hotel, we cannot guarantee it. If it’s not available, we will book your second or third option, or a similar hotel within the same category or class.

To avoid delays, kindly provide your top 3 hotel preferences upon booking.

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL

Passengers are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, visas, and permits, and for complying with the laws, regulations, orders, demands, and travel requirements of countries of origin, destination, or transit. Princesa Rheanaries Travel Booking Services does not accept any responsibility in case passengers are unable to travel due to non-compliance with any such requirements.

The passengers guarantee that the passports are valid for 6 months upon departure and arrival, and are not tampered with or damaged. The passengers will shoulder any charges/damages caused by an invalid/expired travel document.

The Immigration/Airport personnel have the right to subject a passenger to questioning or an interview upon exit. The travel agency will not be liable for any immigration decision not allowing a passenger to depart due to any circumstances.

Government employees must secure a Travel Authority from their respective department heads before travelling outside the country.
