DAY 1: Arrival at Mactan Airport

Meet the tour coordinator, then transfer to the hotel for check-in.

Hotel accommodations are subject to availability and are based on the lowest room category. While we aim to secure your first-choice hotel, we cannot guarantee it. If it’s not available, we will book your second or third option, or a similar hotel within the same category or class. To avoid delays, kindly provide your top 3 hotel preferences upon booking.

Ticket/Tour Package is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-REROUTEABLE/NON-TRANSFERRABLE. No show on booked dates will render services forfeited. No refund will be extended for any unused services.

Minor passengers below 18 years old must be accompanied by parents, either mother or father, at the airport. Otherwise, guardians must secure clearance from DSWD/ Letter of Consent and a copy of their IDs.

Passenger guarantees that the names in the above booking are correct and the same spelling as the passports/valid ID.

No show on booked dates will render services forfeited. No refund will be extended for any unused services. In the event of mandated government cancellations or force majeure (e.g., emergencies, accidents, storms/typhoons, rallies, calamities, etc.) which are beyond our control, PRINCESA RHEANARIES TRAVEL BOOKING SERVICES will not be held liable to any surcharges/penalties imposed by the hotel/ resort/operators.

LAND ARRANGEMENT rebooking is subject to hotel/operator's approval, and additional fees may apply for room/tour rate differences.

FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS and DELAYS of the airlines are beyond PRINCESA RHEANARIES TRAVEL BOOKING SERVICES’ control, hence, it accepts no responsibility for these events. If you availed the ticket with us, PRINCESA RHEANARIES TRAVEL BOOKING SERVICES will extend necessary assistance to address your concern. We will assist in requesting flight REBOOKING, TRAVEL FUND, or REFUND on canceled flights, but the airline company will be responsible for the final decision on such requests. Note that the initial service charge is non-refundable.

Passengers must check the airline website (Under the Manage Booking section) or contact the travel agency for any flight changes before the flight. PRINCESA RHEANARIES TRAVEL BOOKING SERVICES is not liable for missed airport transfers or tours due to flight delays or flight changes/disruptions. In any case, we will extend necessary assistance to address concerns of guests and to safeguard their welfare, but the airline company will be responsible for the final decision on such requests.

INSURANCE: Tour packages DO NOT INCLUDE travel insurance, and we highly recommend that you purchase full coverage prior to your travel. Should you fail to secure travel insurance, then you accept full responsibility and indemnify PRINCESA RHEANARIES TRAVEL BOOKING SERVICES for any costs that may be incurred.

TOURS & TRANSFERS: All transfers and tours are on a seat-in-coach basis (joiners). PRINCESA RHEANARIES TRAVEL BOOKING SERVICES reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour if group numbers are insufficient to confirm a group departure. We also reserve the right to alter tours and itineraries due to weather or road conditions. All programs can be changed or canceled at any moment during the tour to ensure the safety of all passengers. The driver/tour guide can only wait for you for 10 minutes. Guests should be in the lobby on time for the tour/departure airport transfer pick-up. We will not be held liable if you fail to catch the seat in the coach arrangement, resulting in an unnecessary incident.

ISLAND HOPPING: Passengers have to follow the whole scheduled itinerary. If a passenger decides not to attend the complimentary/free island hopping, no refund will be given. Free or promotional "add-ons" have no monetary value.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: Passengers are responsible for the safety of their own belongings. We accept no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal belongings.

REQUIREMENTS: Please make sure to have all the necessary travel and health documents when traveling in the NEW NORMAL to have a hassle-free vacation. PRINCESA RHEANARIES TRAVEL BOOKING SERVICES will not be liable for any misfortune event.

HOTEL RULES

Hotel Standard Check-in time is at 2:00 - 3:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 12:00 PM.

Early check-in is subject to room availability and a surcharge. Late checkouts will automatically charge one (1) night. All room categories (bed configuration) and special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Damage and loss of hotel key cards, bedsheets and towels, and consumption of food and drinks in the mini fridge/bar and other incidental expenses are not included in the tour/travel package & these are charged to the client.

Incidental Charge: Most of the hotels require a security deposit upon check-in. Return of deposit will be processed upon checkout if no damages have been incurred during your stay.
